Chef Colin’s expertise in Creole and Cajun cooking was honed in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Working as a Sous Chef at Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA Restaurant, Chef Colin absorbed a wealth of knowledge into the flavors of the South. Chef Colin’s cooking classes are designed for people who are looking to expand their knowledge of Creole and Cajun cuisine.

Chef Colin will discuss what you want to learn and together you will prepare a menu which you will sit down to enjoy with your friends or family.
We do require a minimum of 6 people per class.
Classes start at $75 per person plus the cost of the groceries. Chef Colin will bring a Sous Chef for classes of 10 or more people. There is an additional cost for his Sous Chef.
